Nyingchi-Segrila Mountain-Lulang Forest Sea-Yarlung Tsangpo Grand Canyon-Namcha Barwa-Nyingchi
After breakfast, you will depart from Nyingchi and drive to the Lulang Forest Sea Scenic Area. Follow the mountain road up and cross the 4,702-meter-high Sejila Mountain. From the summit, gaze at Namcha Barwa, crowned the most beautiful of China's top ten famous mountains; its scenery is like the Swiss Alps. In the distance, view the Lulang Alpine Pasture surrounded by primeval forest, presenting a European continental landscape. Lulang in Tibetan means "Dragon King Valley" and is also a place that "makes people not want to go home." It is China's largest and best-preserved third-largest forest region. Snow mountains, forests, and pastures form Lulang's distinctive natural landscape, another intoxicating charm of Tibet.
Then you will head to the Yarlung Tsangpo Grand Canyon Scenic Area. Along the way, you will pass through the Nyang River scenic belt, which is the junction area of the Yarlung Tsangpo River and the Nyang River. At the confluence of the two rivers, which is also the entrance to the Grand Canyon, is the famous Yani National Wetland Park. Yani National Wetland Park has typical plateau river wetland characteristics, divided into river wetlands and marsh wetlands. The abundant water resources create beautiful scenery along both banks of the Yani National Wetland Park, with winding curves and lush greenery, just like an idyllic pastoral song of Jiangnan.
The Yarlung Tsangpo Grand Canyon is the largest and deepest canyon in the world. In Pai Town, take the scenic area tour bus to Zhibai. Passing the Grand Canyon entrance, you will see the Daduka Ancient Fortress ruins, the Qiebi Shijian stone that demonstrates the magical power of love, the 1,450-year-old great mulberry tree, and the Demon Heart Stone. Arriving at the Grand Canyon viewing platform, you can enjoy a zero-distance view of Namcha Barwa, the foremost of China's top ten famous mountains. Come to the banks of the Yarlung Tsangpo River, observe the surging waters, listen to the roar of the canyon, and appreciate the world-famous Great Bend No. 1 and No. 2 of the Yarlung Tsangpo River. Along the way, experience canyons, forests, streams, snow mountains, lake views, and pastoral scenery, with picturesque scenes and poetic charm.
After visiting the Grand Canyon, drive back to Nyingchi for accommodation.
