Sejila Mountain Located east of Nyingchi County and part of the Nyainqentanglha Range, it stands at 4,728 meters. Standing at the pass, you can fully enjoy the sea of clouds and forests, and gaze at the 7,782-meter Namcha Barwa, which was selected as 'China's Most Beautiful Peak' in 2005 by Chinese National Geography. Lulang Forest Sea A forest of cloud-shrouded mountains and misty seas, known as a place that 'makes people not want to go home.' The entire scenic area is picturesque, surrounded by snow mountains, with lush forests in the valley and meadows so neat they look artificially trimmed. Biri Sacred Mountain In Tibetan, Biri Sacred Mountain means 'Monkey Mountain.' It is a renowned sacred mountain in the Nyingchi area and is said to have been bestowed by Padmasambhava. It can be divided into the Sacred Mountain Ecological Plaza, the Stream Scenic Area, the Tangcheng Temple Scenic Area, the prayer flag array, and the ancient ruins area. Inside the mountain, the Nyingchi Natural Ecology Museum is now built, displaying 586 kinds of animal and plant specimens, intuitively showing the diverse primitive ecological landscapes of the Nyingchi area. From the mountainside, you can overlook the full view of Bayi. At the summit, prayer flags move like clouds; these prayer flags were hung by Tibetans, and each one represents their prayers and blessings, expressing their reverence for the sacred mountain. Specialty Food – Stone Pot Chicken A famous delicacy in Tibet's Nyingchi area, made with hand ginseng and free-range chicken and slowly stewed in a stone pot. Lulang Stone Pot Chicken has a very unique flavor: the soup has a light herbal fragrance, and the chicken is tender yet springy. The stone pot used for stewing is carved from a mica stone called 'soapstone,' which is produced only in Medog. Porters must carry the raw stone out of Medog, and then the Monba people carefully carve it by hand from a single block. The processing requires even pressure; if you rush, the soapstone will immediately be pierced through, so such stone pots are also very expensive. The dark green mica stone pot has excellent heat retention and is said to be rich in 17 mineral trace elements such as magnesium and iron. Wake up in the morning amidst the lake and mountain scenery of [Basum Lake] Scenic Area (about 1 hour of sightseeing). Basum Lake Scenic Area combines snow-capped mountains, lakes, forests, waterfall pastures, and ancient temples, with distinctive scenery that changes with the four seasons. It is a national forest park and a 5A-level scenic area. [Lake Heart Island] – A Private Island of the Monastery Walk clockwise around Lake Heart Island and you can see the peach tree embracing the pine, the former water burial platform, the "alphabet tree" whose leaves naturally bear Tibetan letters, the sacred spring where Padmasambhava washed his face, and the distant mountains blending with the lake. On the island stands an ancient [Tsozong Gongba Monastery], where you can see another side of Tibetan religion—phallic worship. They are placed on both sides of the temple's stone steps, male on the left and female on the right, also symbolizing respect for life. [Jieba Village] Jieba Village, like something out of a fairy tale, is the best spot to view Basum Lake and the two surrounding snow mountains, "King's Throne" and "Burning Flame." It has not been developed and has no commercial atmosphere; everything we see is bestowed by nature. A clear stream winds slowly, surrounded by mountains; on the meadows, horses, cattle, and sheep dot the landscape like stars, grazing and strolling leisurely.

[Tibetan Culture Experience] Once you arrive in Lhasa, you can still experience traditional Tibetan handicrafts. Standing at the 4,950-meter summit of Gangbala Mountain and looking south, Yamdrok Lake is like a sapphire set among the peaks, its blue water smooth as a mirror, bright blue reflecting the sky. At noon, you will rest at the viewing restaurant of Yamdrok Lake View Hotel by the lakeside and enjoy a rich and delicious Yamdrok Lake-view mini hot pot specially arranged by us. Karola Glacier One of Tibet's three major continental glaciers, it backs onto the Noijin Kangsang Snow Mountain, one of Tibet's four highest peaks. The huge glacier extends from the misty summit all the way down to the roadside, only a few hundred meters from the highway. Although the glacier shows black-and-white layers due to years of dust from the highway, its upper half shines in the sunlight like a giant thangka hanging on the mountain wall. It became famous because the films Red River Valley, The Battle of Gyantse, and The Road Home were shot here. Overnight in Shigatse. In Tibetan, Shigatse means 'the best manor' and is one of 'Tibet's granaries.' 【Tashilhunpo Monastery】(about 1 hour visit) Tashilhunpo Monastery, also known as "Tashi Lhunpo Monastery", is the largest monastery in the Shigatse region. Together with Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery, and Ganden Monastery in Lhasa, as well as Kumbum Monastery in Qinghai and Labrang Monastery in Gansu, it is listed as one of the six great monasteries of the Gelug school. It was founded in 1447 by Gendun Drup, the First Dalai Lama and a disciple of Tsongkhapa. At its peak, Tashilhunpo Monastery had more than 3,000 rooms, over 5,000 monks, more than 50 subordinate monasteries, and over 30 manors and pastures. Starting from the Fourth Panchen Lama, later Panchen Lamas all took this monastery as their residence. Today, Tashilhunpo Monastery has 4 dratsangs, 56 assembly halls, more than 3,600 rooms, over 800 monks, and a total area of 300,000 square meters. Highlights 1.
