Shigatse - Tashilhunpo Monastery - Lhasa
After breakfast, visit [Tashilhunpo Monastery], the resting place of the soul of the Panchen Lama and one of the six great monasteries of the Yellow Sect. It is also the residence of successive Panchen Lamas and was once the center of political rule in the important Tsang region. The monastery enshrines the world's largest seated bronze Buddha statue, the 28-meter-high "Maitreya Buddha" (namely the Buddha of the Future). Then return to Lhasa. There is no need to rush on the return journey. Slow down and stop in the [Yarlung Valley], the cradle of ancient Tibetan civilization, and stand quietly, letting rivers, ice mountains, pastoral farms, riverbank valleys, alpine vegetation... everything within sight be veiled in crystal-clear sky blue, calm and peaceful. The speckled traces of shade not far away are not flaws, but the beautiful reflection after sunlight passes through white clouds.

Lhasa - Namtso - Lhasa
In the early morning, drive through the grasslands of northern Tibet, experience colorful prayer flags fluttering, and speed along the Qinghai-Tibet Highway; cross the 5,190-meter-high Lakenla Pass to reach Namtso, the "Heavenly Lake" and first of Tibet's three great sacred lakes. At an altitude of 4,718 meters, it is the highest saltwater lake in the world and the second-largest in China. To the south is the year-round snow-capped Nyainqentanglha Mountains, and to the north and west are plateau hills. The broad lakeshore is surrounded by grasslands, with abundant water and lush grass; the lake water has a high salt content, and the wildlife resources within the basin are rich, including yaks and goats; the lake has many wild birds and produces scale fish and scaleless fish; the lake water is clear and reflects the surrounding snow mountains, with beautiful scenery, like a crystal-clear pearl inlaid on the vast Changtang grassland. In the evening, return to 【Lhasa】 with the afterglow of the setting sun.

Tibet is located on a plateau, and most guests will experience altitude sickness to a greater or lesser degree. As long as you pay attention to rest and eat properly (do not eat too much, which increases the burden on your stomach and intestines) and relax, mild altitude sickness generally disappears in about 1-3 days, so there is no need to worry too much; a very small number of travelers may experience severe altitude sickness, and as long as you communicate promptly with the guide or driver, you can receive timely oxygen or be sent to a hospital. · 3. Because the routes in Tibet are long, much time is spent in the vehicle, and it is unavoidable that meals may not be eaten on time, so please bring some snacks and biscuits. · 4. Due to Tibet's special conditions, please pay attention to keeping warm. On the first day, please try not to take a shower, as showering accelerates blood circulation and increases the body's demand for oxygen. · 5. Tibet has strong sunlight and an especially dry climate, so sunscreen, sunglasses, lip balm, and similar items are essential. · 6. April to November each year is a relatively suitable time to travel to Tibet. · 1. The above itineraries welcome tourists from all over the world to sign up.
