· 3. Because the routes in Tibet are long, much time is spent in the vehicle, and it is unavoidable that meals may not be eaten on time, so please bring some snacks and biscuits.
· 4. Due to Tibet's special conditions, please pay attention to keeping warm. On the first day, please try not to take a shower, as showering accelerates blood circulation and increases the body's demand for oxygen.
