Urumqi–Lop Nur People Village–Korla (about 630KM, about 10 hours' drive)

06:30-08:00 The driver will pick up guests from each hotel in turn according to the time agreed upon the previous evening. 08:00-14:00 After all members have gathered, leave Urumqi and head south, passing through the narrow geographical corridor in the heart of the Tianshan Mountains—Gangou. This area is dry and rainless year-round and serves as the geographical dividing line between northern and southern Xinjiang. The road conditions are relatively good, but speed limits are strictly enforced. 14:00-15:00 Around noon, arrange lunch at your own expense as appropriate. Recommended simple Xinjiang-style meals such as mixed noodles and pilaf. 15:00-18:00 After lunch, continue on to the [Lop Nur People Village] Scenic Area in Yuli County. 18:00-20:30 At the Lop Nur People Village Scenic Area, you can see the edge of the Taklamakan Desert, the sparse poplar trees that grow alongside it, the Tarim River disappearing into the desert, and the primitive, simple residential architecture of the Lop Nur people. The Lop Nur people who lived here once made a living by fishing and hunting at Lop Nur. Later, as the lake dried up and the desert encroached, they were forced to move here and settle, living by fishing and hunting. 20:30-22:00 In the evening, return to Korla, the pearl of southern Xinjiang, and check into the hotel. [Warm Tips] 1. The pickup hotels in the morning are scattered, so it takes a long time. Please wait at the agreed time. 2. Today's driving distance is long. It is recommended to prepare snacks and drinking water. 3. Tourist vehicles are monitored by GPS for speed limits throughout the journey. After driving for a maximum of 4 hours, the vehicle must stop for a 20-minute rest. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation for safety. 4. There are many mosquitoes in the Lop Nur People Village Scenic Area in summer. Be prepared for mosquito protection while touring. Floral water, insect repellent spray, hat, and scarf—fully equipped.

Korla–Tianshan Mysterious Grand Canyon–Aksu (about 300KM, about 4 hours' drive)

09:00-13:30 After breakfast, drive to Kuqa 13:30-15:00 Arrange lunch at your own expense at an appropriate time 15:00-18:00 Visit [Tianshan Mysterious Grand Canyon]. Along the way are barren saline-alkali lands and a stretch of Yardang landform mounds. From afar, a reddish-brown mountain mass marks the arrival at Tianshan Mysterious Grand Canyon. After entering the scenic area, the rock walls look as if burned red by flames, a magnificent sight. The canyon mouth is wide, the canyon floor is flat, and inside the canyon the path winds into secluded beauty with hidden wonders. The cliffs on both sides pierce the sky, and with the shifting angle of sunlight, the light and shadows are ever-changing, full of exotic charm. 18:00-20:00 After the tour, go to the Aksu hotel to check in, then enjoy free time. You can go to Kuqa to seek out Southern Xinjiang cuisine. [Warm Tips] 1. The Grand Canyon is toured entirely on foot along a sandy and gravelly riverbed; shoes suitable for walking are more appropriate 2. In rainy weather, Tianshan Grand Canyon is prone to flash floods. Aksu–Desert Highway–Hotan (about 650KM, about 10 hours' drive)

08:00-12:00 After breakfast, set off for Hotan City 12:00-13:30 Arrange lunch on your own along the way as appropriate 13:30-15:00 Continue driving in the afternoon on the [Desert Highway]; "There is only a desolate desert, no desolate life." A must-visit spot for road trips in Xinjiang, a brilliant scenery line in the desert. The Desert Highway is like a giant black dragon swimming through the vast sea of sand, rising and extending along the lowlands between dunes. Let's feel the vastness of the desert and the joy of the Desert Highway together~ 21:30-21:00 In the evening, head to Hotan and check into the hotel. After arrival, you can visit the Hotan Night Market on your own to find food. [Warm Tips] 1. Today's journey is relatively long. You may bring some snacks, fruit, etc., and bring plenty of water, as it is not easy to buy along the way 2. The desert has strong wind and sand and intense UV rays. Hotan City - Kashgar City (about 460KM in total, about 6 hours' drive)

09:00-15:00 Today head to Kashgar, an important city in southern Xinjiang and the westernmost city in China. Along the way, enjoy a simple Xinjiang-style meal at an appropriate time at your own expense 15:00-17:00 After arriving in the city, go to apply for a border pass. Traveling within China but still needing to process a permit is a unique experience. When there are large numbers of tourists, there may be a numbered queue for processing 17:00-18:00 Afterward, go to the hotel to check in. After dropping off your luggage, head to the 【Kashgar Old Town】 scenic area 18:00-22:00 The 5A-level Kashgar Old Town scenic area does not sell tickets and is open free to the public, fully demonstrating Kashgar's inclusiveness and openness. In the old town, streets and alleys crisscross, and most dwellings are of earth-wood or brick-wood structure. The buildings are in yellow-gray tones, and the brick carvings on the outer walls and wooden doors are full of ethnic characteristics. Many traditional dwellings have a history of over a hundred years. The huge Id Kah Square is a landmark of Kashgar. Usually many people relax and play on the large square, where long-bearded grandfathers and Uyghur children sit together by the square basking in the sun, peaceful and leisurely. In Kashgar Old Town, we recommend visiting characteristic alleys such as the 【Century-Old Teahouse】, 【Artisans' Street】, and 【Hat Bazaar】, or checking in at beautiful sights and foods you have found yourself, following your own guide. Kashgar - Baisha Lake - Karakul Lake - Stone City, Golden Grassland - Taxkorgan County (about 300 kilometers in total, about 8 hours' drive)

08:00-14:00 Depart from Kashgar. The flat China-Pakistan Friendship Highway connects to the plateau. When passing [Baisha Lake], in windless weather it is like a mirror reflecting the sand mountains on the opposite shore. Stop for photos; enjoy lunch at your own expense along the way as appropriate. 14:00-16:00 Head to [Karakul Lake]. On clear days, snow mountains such as Muztagh Ata, known as the "Father of Glaciers," Kongur Peak, and Kongur Tiube Peak are reflected in the water (if the weather is poor, this can be adjusted to visit on the return trip the next day). 16:00-19:00 Head to Tashkurgan County. Tashkurgan, with an average altitude of 4,000 meters, is China's western frontier. 19:00-20:30 After arrival, visit the [Stone City] standing on the high ground beside the county town. This was once the ancient kingdom of Pantuo on the Silk Road. Now only stone walls and broken ruins remain standing here. From the ancient city, the beautiful scenery of [Golden Grassland Wetland] can be taken in at a glance. It is within walking distance. The winding road looks like a black giant dragon lying in the ancient wilderness, forming a sharp contrast with the surrounding yellow mountains. Aerial photography enthusiasts should not miss this place 14:00-15:00 Stop for lunch at your own expense at an appropriate place along the way 15:00-21:00 Return to Kashgar and check into the hotel
