🧭 Organización del itinerario

D1
Lhasa - Lakenla Pass - Holy Elephant Heavenly Gate
Depart from Lhasa in the early morning, driving along the Qinghai-Tibet Highway, passing through the Northern Tibetan grasslands. Colorful prayer flags flutter along the way, and the Qiangtang grasslands offer boundless scenery, with the distant [Nyainqentanglha Mountains] capped in year-round snow, a breathtaking sight. Then arrive at the [Lakenla Pass], from where you can gaze at the heavenly lake Namtso in the distance. Namtso has vast shores surrounded by grasslands, with clear waters reflecting the surrounding snow-capped mountains—a beautiful scene like a sparkling pearl set upon the vast Qiangtang grasslands. This itinerary does not go to the Tashi Peninsula of Namtso. Instead, we will continue along the half-circle route around Namtso until reaching the core scenic area on the north shore of Namtso, the [Sacred Elephant Gate]. The large elephant-trunk-like stone gate lies quietly by the lakeside, with a crescent-moon-shaped shoreline ahead, where the Nyainqentanglha Mountains and Namtso gaze at each other. Snow mountains and lake waters meet, the lake surface is azure like a mirror, devout Tibetan pilgrims have left traces of prayers around, and prayer flags and khata flutter in this serene and beautiful spot. If time permits, you can also climb to the top of the Sacred Elephant Gate to overlook Namtso and the stunning shoreline of the Sacred Elephant Gate.

📌 Información de reserva

· 1. Patients with severe high blood pressure or heart disease are advised not to travel to Tibet. Visitors with severe colds should wait until they have recovered before entering Tibet. · 2. Tibet is located on a high plateau, and most guests will experience altitude sickness to a greater or lesser degree. As long as you rest well and eat properly (do not eat too much, as this increases the burden on your digestive system) and stay relaxed, mild altitude sickness generally disappears within 1-3 days, so there is no need to worry too much. A very small number of travelers may experience severe altitude sickness; as long as you promptly communicate with your guide or driver, you can receive oxygen or be taken to a hospital in time. · 3. Because the routes in Tibet are long, much of the time is spent in the vehicle, and it is inevitable that meals may not be eaten on time, so please bring some snacks and biscuits with you. · 4. Due to the special conditions in Tibet, please keep yourself warm. On the first day, please try not to take a shower, as showering accelerates blood circulation and increases the body's demand for oxygen. · 5. Tibet has strong sunlight and an especially dry climate, so sunscreen, sunglasses, lip balm, etc. are essential. · 6. April to November each year is a relatively suitable time to travel to Tibet. · 1. The above itineraries welcome tourists from all over the world to sign up. Visitors from outside the mainland traveling to Tibet should consult customer service in advance to complete the relevant procedures. The above prices do not include tax. · 2. If you cancel the itinerary after signing up for personal reasons, the refund standards are as follows: Cancellation more than 20 days before the start of the itinerary: free cancellation. Cancellation 19-4 days before the start of the itinerary: a penalty of 30% of the deposit paid will be charged. Cancellation within 3 days before the start of the itinerary: a penalty of 50% of the deposit paid will be charged. Cancellation 1 day before the start of the itinerary: the deposit is non-refundable. · 3. If increased costs are incurred or the normal itinerary cannot be followed due to force majeure factors such as landslides, mudslides, avalanches, floods, earthquakes, and other natural phenomena, or due to airline flight delays or cancellations, our agency will not bear the corresponding liability for compensation according to relevant tourism regulations, but we will actively coordinate and handle the matter so that the itinerary can proceed smoothly. · 4. If guests fail to complete activities during the tour or leave the group early for personal reasons, it will be regarded as automatic abandonment, and no fees will be refunded. · 5. June, July, August, and September each year are the peak season for Tibet tourism. Joining our agency guarantees tickets to the Potala Palace. To protect the Potala Palace heritage site, only 2,300 tourists can be received each day, so visits to the Potala Palace may be moved earlier or later. · 6. Without affecting the original standards and attractions, our agency may change the order of attraction visits according to the actual situation on the day of the itinerary. · 7. Patients with severe high blood pressure, asthma, or heart disease should not join the tour. Patients with colds should enter Tibet only after recovery. · 8. Tibet is a border ethnic minority region, and tourism reception conditions are limited. We hope all tourists will have reasonable expectations, respect the cultural beliefs and living habits of ethnic minority compatriots, and live together in harmony. · 9. If a natural single room occurs due to gender reasons, our agency will arrange a triple room (or a standard twin room with an extra bed), or the guest will pay the single room supplement. · 10. Shops in scenic areas and Tibetan folk villages are not shopping stops arranged by the travel agency. Please consider carefully. · 11. Optional paid activities will be considered according to the tour joining time that day and the proportion of participants in favor, and no forced consumption will be imposed.
