After breakfast, you will embark on a journey through time in Qingdao. First, visit Qingdao's landmark—[Zhanqiao Pier]. Next, you will visit the [Qingdao German Governor's House Site Museum]. This stone castle, first built in 1905, has witnessed a century of Qingdao's ups and downs. Inside, the light and shadow cast by the colored glass dome and the safe hidden behind carvings will let you touch the aesthetics of power in the Far East in the early twentieth century. In the afternoon, you will head to Qingdao's must-visit classical garden—[Xiaoyushan Park]. This is the perfect place to view Qingdao's Qianhai scenery and German-style architecture. You can stroll up the hill and reach the Lanchao Pavilion at the summit, overlooking the classic landscape of "red tiles, green trees, blue sea, and blue sky" in a 360-degree view. Then, you will visit Qingdao's landmark building—[St. Michael's Cathedral] (the Catholic Church). This century-old church blending Gothic and Romanesque styles has particularly stunning interior stained-glass windows and dome murals. After breakfast, you will be driven about 30 kilometers to visit the Laoshan Scenic Area. Laoshan has been known since ancient times as "The First Famous Mountain on the Sea." It not only boasts the wonder of "mountains within the sea and sea within the mountains" but is also an important birthplace of the Quanzhen School of Taoism, a legendary cave-heaven blessed land where immortals are said to have lived in seclusion. Walking into this old German-style factory building, you will experience the legendary journey of Tsingtao Beer from its birth in 1903 to the present. Moving between weathered copper kettles and gleaming modern production lines, witness how a grain of malt undergoes saccharification, fermentation, and the sedimentation of time to transform into amber nectar. The most anticipated moment is receiving a glass of fresh, unfiltered original beer straight from the production line, savoring the richest Qingdao flavor.
