Upon arrival, our guide will assist you with check-in, and you can rest for a while and recharge. Suggested ways to arrive: High-speed rail from many major Chinese cities can reach Shangrao directly. You can travel to Shangrao from Shanghai (2.5-3 hours, 80% of tourists choose this route), Hangzhou (2 hours), Nanchang (1 hour), Jingdezhen (1 hour), Beijing (8 hours), Xi'an (8.5 hours), and other places. After a short rest, while the daytime light is good, you can take a good stroll around Wangxian Valley. The architecture here is very distinctive - rammed earth walls, dark gray tiles, and narrow alleys, with a strong Gan-style (Hui-style) flavor, the typical appearance of traditional dwellings in northeastern Jiangxi. Strolling through the village, you can see local handicrafts such as bamboo weaving and wood carving everywhere, each carrying the warmth of old craftsmen's hands. The alleys also hide authentic Jiangxi snacks - steaming hot rice noodles and tender tofu pudding. Sitting down to eat a bowl is very comforting. Looking for some excitement? You can try the glass walkway built over the steep canyon. It is nearly 100 meters above the ground, with rushing rapids below your feet and layered mountains opposite, offering superb scenery and such an open view that your heart races. The valley is rich in springs, with Wangxian Waterfall and Three-Tier Waterfall one after another, murmuring water sounds and coolness everywhere. The most surprising thing is that this place, as beautiful as a painting, was originally an abandoned quarry. Who would have thought that a former stone pit has now transformed into a fairyland on earth. When darkness falls, Wangxian Valley truly begins to "come alive." Houses built along the mountain light up with warm yellow lights, extending from the foot of the mountain all the way to the top. Seen from afar, they look like palaces hidden in the sky in mythology. This scene reminds people of the Tang Dynasty poet Li Bai's poem "Staying Overnight at a Mountain Temple": "The towering tower is a hundred feet high, my hand can pluck the stars. I dare not speak loudly, for fear of disturbing the people in heaven." It means: in a pavilion a hundred feet high, reaching out seems to pluck the stars; I dare not speak loudly, for fear of disturbing the immortals living in heaven. Walking slowly along the valley path, you will feel as if you have stepped into a martial arts world - teahouses hang by the cliffs, waterfalls cascade down from above, and the sound of water interweaves with light and shadow. If you are lucky, you may also encounter street performances or a traditional sword dance, and in that moment, you will truly have the illusion of traveling back to the ancient Chinese jianghu. After breakfast, drive to Jingdezhen (about 3 hours), the world's "Porcelain Capital" with a thousand-year ceramic history, where the air itself seems to carry the scent of clay and glaze. Upon arrival in Jingdezhen, first visit the [Ancient Kiln Folk Customs Museum], a 5A-level cultural park dedicated to showcasing traditional porcelain-making techniques. Strolling among the restored kilns of the Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties, you can watch artisans throwing, trimming, carving, painting, glazing, and firing—every step is genuine craftsmanship that you won't be able to take your eyes off. DIY Pottery Experience: You can join a DIY pottery class and, under the guidance of an instructor, sit at the potter's wheel and feel the clay spin and take shape in your palms. Even if the bowl you make comes out crooked, it's still one of a kind in the whole world. Next, you can explore the [Taoxichuan Cultural and Creative Block], converted from an old porcelain factory, where galleries, studios, design shops, and cafés line the streets—a perfect place to appreciate modern ceramics, meet young ceramic artists, and find unique, heartfelt souvenirs. Warm tip: Taoxichuan is also beautiful at night, when the chimneys and red-brick walls of the old factory buildings take on a special charm under the lights. This morning, you will first visit the China Ceramics Museum. The China Ceramics Museum is China's most authoritative and comprehensive ceramics-themed museum and a national first-class museum. From primitive pottery of the Neolithic Age to Tang Sancai, Song Qingbai ware, Yuan blue-and-white porcelain, and rare treasures from Ming and Qing imperial kilns—more than 50,000 pieces clearly tell the story of Chinese ceramics. After a tour, you'll understand why Jingdezhen is known as the world's "Porcelain Capital." Visiting tip: The China Ceramics Museum is closed on Mondays. Inside, there's an unexpected "internet celebrity"—the "Speechless Buddha," whose real name is "Meditating Arhat," created by porcelain sculptor Zeng Longsheng in the 1930s. Its expression, as if "speechless at the world," made it unexpectedly popular on social media. Don't forget to greet its "neighbors" too—the "Reaching Arhat" (netizens jokingly call it "Happy Arhat," with hands spread as if making a peace sign) and the "Long-Eyebrow Arhat" (netizens jokingly call it "Long-Eyebrow Arhat," with long eyebrows, both wise and comical). These are cute nicknames given by netizens, making the ancient arhat statues instantly approachable. After visiting the Ceramics Museum, drive about 2 hours to Huangling Village in Wuyuan County, Jiangxi. Huangling Village has a vivid nickname—"Cliff Village." The entire village is built on a cliff, with white walls and black tiles of Hui-style architecture arranged in picturesque disorder. It is most famous for "shaiqiu" (autumn drying)—during harvest season, villagers dry red chilies, yellow corn, and golden grains under the eaves and on drying racks, as if accidentally overturning a palette, creating a vibrant scene with the ancient village. Surrounded by terraced fields, if you come in spring, rapeseed flowers cover the slopes like a golden sea; in other seasons, the fields change colors, never tiring to look at. Many photographers call it "China's most beautiful countryside." Every snapshot looks like a postcard. After the tour, drive about 1.5 hours to Huangshan City for check-in and rest.

After breakfast, you will be taken to visit the picturesque Hongcun. Hongcun is China's most representative ancient village in southern Anhui and a famous World Heritage Site. It is known for its typical Huizhou-style architecture, unique water system layout, and long historical culture, and enjoys the reputation of "a village in a Chinese painting." About 140 well-preserved ancient Ming and Qing residences are scattered throughout the village, most featuring white walls, black tiles, horse-head walls, and carved beams and painted rafters, like a living Huizhou scroll. The tranquil water landscape fills Hongcun with spirit; the painted bridge spans the lake, with light and shadow interlacing, very charming. You can stroll and explore this ink-wash ancient village, checking in at popular sights such as Nanhu Academy, Chengzhi Hall, Wang Clan Ancestral Hall, ancient trees, Moon Pond, and South Lake. After lunch, you will drive to visit Huangshan, one of China's famous Five Great Mountains. Huangshan is not only a World Natural and Cultural Heritage Site but also one of the outstanding representatives of China's magnificent mountains and rivers and splendid culture. It is renowned for its "Five Wonders" of strange pines, grotesque rocks, sea of clouds, hot springs, and winter snow, as well as its "Five Excellences" of historical relics, painting and calligraphy, literature, legends, and celebrities. It enjoys the reputation of "the most fantastic mountain under heaven," and the saying "Having returned from the Five Great Mountains, no other mountains are worth seeing; having returned from Huangshan, no other mountains are worth visiting" is the highest praise for Huangshan. Today's suggested Huangshan route: Yungu Cableway → Shixin Peak → Paiyun Pavilion → Bright Summit → Flying-Over Rock. The total walk is about 6 kilometers and takes about 5 hours. To maximize your time and energy and experience Huangshan's charming scenery, we will arrange for you to take a sightseeing bus from the foot of Huangshan to Yungu Temple, then take the cableway to Bai'e Ridge Station (8 minutes). As the cableway ascends, you can overlook the majestic peaks and the misty clouds winding among the mountains, as ifin a fairyland, and along the way you can also see various strange pines and rocks of different shapes, enjoying Huangshan's stunning scenery from a unique perspective. After arriving at Bai'e Ridge Station, you will begin a wonderful hike to Shixin Peak. Along the way, you will pass sights such as Black Tiger Pine, Harp Pine, and Interlocked Pine. The scenery is very charming and perfect for photos, and you can also capture the myriad forms of fantastic peaks and rocks. These masterpieces of nature bring you endless imagination and the best experience. Standing on Shixin Peak, you can take in the magnificent mountain scenery around you. After enjoying the views at Shixin Peak, you will hike about 40 minutes to the mountaintop hotel to rest. After a short rest, you can choose to watch the stunning sunset at Paiyun Pavilion or at the higher Bright Summit. Paiyun Pavilion is named because the clouds and mist of the West Sea rise and roll, dispersing as they reach the stone pavilion. Here, you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea of clouds, sunset glow, fantastic peaks, and deep valleys. Especially when the sun sinks and the sunset glow radiates, it is very charming. Returning from Paiyun Pavilion to the hotel takes about 30 minutes. Bright Summit (about 1,860 meters above sea level) is one of Huangshan's main peaks and also its second-highest peak. Here, you can view the sea of clouds, strange pines, strange rocks, peaks, sunrise and sunset, among which the sunset with red clouds filling the sky is extremely beautiful. Hiking back to the hotel from Bright Summit takes about 40 minutes. If your time and energy permit, you may consider extending by 1 hour to hike to the Tianhai Scenic Area to see Flying-Over Rock. This is a famous Huangshan attraction, about 12 meters high and weighing 600 tons, standing on a flat rock with very little contact area at the bottom, as if it had flown in from beyond the sky. Travel Tips 1. Travel light: Huangshan involves a lot of walking. To save energy and enjoy the trip easily, it is recommended to carry only essentials and travel light, or store your luggage at the foot of the mountain. 2. Environmental protection and hygiene: Some hotels on Huangshan do not provide disposable toiletries. Therefore, for environmental protection and hygiene, it is recommended to bring your own. 3. Accommodation note: Staying on Huangshan allows more time to enjoy more of Huangshan's beauty, especially the sunrise and sea of clouds. However, due to higher transportation costs on the mountain, hotel facilities may be limited. Even star-rated hotels may not reach the standards of major cities such as Shanghai. In addition, the mountain climate is humid, so rooms may be a bit damp. Although choices are limited, we will select a relatively comfortable hotel for you.

Today's Huangshan touring route for reference: Sunrise - West Sea Grand Canyon - Lion Peak - Yungu Cableway, about 5 kilometers of walking in total, taking about 4 hours. Early this morning (usually around 5:00 to 6:00 AM), you can get up early to enjoy the most magnificent natural wonder - the Huangshan sunrise: as the first light of dawn appears, the eastern sky gradually turns pale, then red light begins to glow on the horizon, the dawn breaks, and the rosy clouds shine brilliantly, a breathtaking sight. (Warm tips: 1. The temperature in the mountains is very low in the early morning, so it is recommended to wear thicker clothes. 2. The sunrise is affected by weather and season, and whether you can see it depends on the actual conditions.) After enjoying the sunrise, return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, head to the fantastical West Sea Grand Canyon. Here there are magnificent canyon scenery, strange rock formations and peak forests, and charming sea of clouds, making it one of the must-see attractions in Huangshan. It is worth mentioning that this hiking route can be tailored to your physical strength and time. (Note: The hiking path in the West Sea Grand Canyon is thrilling and rugged, full of challenges, and highly demanding on physical strength; in addition, during cold weather and heavy snow, the West Sea Grand Canyon is usually closed.) Then, head to the steep Lion Peak (about 1,690 meters above sea level), named for its resemblance to a crouching male lion. Qingliang Terrace is the lion's waist, and Shuguang Pavilion is the lion's tail; both are the best places to view Huangshan's stunning sunrise and sea of clouds. In addition, at Lion Peak you can also see one of Huangshan's iconic attractions - Monkey Gazing at the Sea, famous for its lifelike monkey image. The stone monkey sits alone on the peak top, as if gazing into the distance, or as if leaping to quietly watch the sea of clouds, a truly spectacular scene and an excellent place for photos. Afterward, walk to the Bai'eling Cableway Station and take the Yungu Cableway down the mountain. Our driver is already waiting at the foot of the mountain in advance and will take you back to Huangshan City. After arriving in Huangshan City, you may visit [Tunxi Old Street], known as "today's Songcheng." This is one of China's best-preserved ancient commercial streets with Southern Song and Ming-Qing architectural styles, with a history of several hundred years, 832 meters long and 5-8 meters wide. The entire district consists of 1 straight street, 3 cross streets, and 18 alleys, forming a unique fishbone-shaped layout. Strolling through it, you can admire the simple and elegant Hui-style architecture, the picturesque ancient town scenery, browse various antique-style gilded signboard shops, and taste authentic Hui cuisine.
