Meals: Breakfast Overnight: Kunming Visit Songzanlin Monastery, the largest Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Yunnan. Built in 1679, it's known as the "Little Potala Palace." Gold roofs, hundreds of monks, morning chants - if you've ever wondered what Tibetan Buddhism looks, sounds, and feels like, this is your answer. Then: Napa Lake, a seasonal wetland that turns into a grassland in dry months. Yaks, wildflowers, and the kind of wide-open space that makes you forget your phone exists (until you remember you need photos). By evening, you're back on the train to Kunming. High-speed rail is one of China's superpowers - use it.

Meals: Breakfast Overnight: Xishuangbanna Morning train to Xishuangbanna (西双版纳) - Yunnan's tropical south, where the climate, culture, and vibe are completely different.
